The
Law Office of Miranda R. McCoy was established in the fall of 2003, with a
determination to build a practice that gives the firm’s clients more attention,
and therefore, better results. The firm’s practice focuses on creditors’ rights
in bankruptcy, foreclosures and home loan closings. Because of the firm’s
low overhead and smaller practice, we can offer competitive fees that are lower
than the amounts most firms are charging to handle the same matters. We realize
that time is money for our clients and have made it a priority to complete the
work as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality. Home closing clients
will see their packages processed as each item is submitted. Bankruptcy and foreclosure
matters are completed within Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae timelines. With lower
fees and more timely completion, we maximize the cost effectiveness of retaining
our firm.
One of our primary goals is to never be too
busy or too large to serve the needs of each client as if he
or she was our only client. Furthermore, if a situation arises
in which we do not believe that we can give a potential client
the best representation possible, we will readily admit this
belief to the potential client, and assist him or her in finding
a firm that can offer the best representation. We will not
compromise integrity to gain an extra dollar. Our business
is successful only if our clients are satisfied with our work
product. Therefore, our clients’ satisfaction
is our greatest concern, and our approach to business reflects
that.
